Kalakand - Milk Sweet


INGREDIENTS :

Sweetened Condensed Milk - 14 Oz can
Ricota Cheese - 15 Oz
Almond ,Pistachios - 1/2 teaspoon
Powdered cardomom - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION :

This sweet can be easily cooked on Microwave oven or can be even made in a pan (takes more time).
1. Apply some oil grease on a microwave container and pour condensed milk in to it .Add ricota cheese to it and mix them together. You can add the cardomom powder also now.Mix till there are no lumps at all.
2.If using Unsweetened condensed milk then add sugar according to taste.
3.Keep it in the microwave for 5 minutes.Take it out and mix for no lumps.
4.Again keep it in the mocirowave for 5 minutes and check again for no lumps. It should have reached a grainy consistency by now else keep it again for 5 more minutes.

5.Now grease any square tray and pour the grainy mixture into it ,and add almonds and pistachios to it.
6.Cool it down and cut into square pieces and enjoy them!
