Egg Masala



INGREDIENTS :


Boiled Eggs - 4
Onion - 1
Red chillies - 8
Garlic - 10 Pods
Salt - to taste
Fennel seeds crushed - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION :

1.Remove the egg shells and keep it ready and start preparing the masala.
2.Blend the onions,garlic pods,red chillies,and fennel seeds with little salt into a smooth mixture. 3.Add oil in pan and saute the blended mixture till raw smell goes off and oil comes out of it.
4.Now add those boiled eggs in for the delicious dish to be ready to eat!
