INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Cut up(with bones) - 8 to 10 pieces
Pepper corns - 2 teaspoon
Jeera - 2 teaspoon
Toor Dhal - 2 teaspoon
Garlic cloves - 4 to 5
Onion - 1/2 cut into thin wedges
Tomato - 1 cut into pieces
Turmeric powder - A pinch
PREPARATION :
1. The Soup needs to be prepared in a pressure cooker. Add Onions,tomato and all ingredients listed above to the cooker and add water to cover them all(including chicken pieces).
2.Also,add a pinch of turmeric powder to it ,and also add salt to taste.
3.Pressure cook them for 3 to 4 whistles in medium flame.
4.It is done,once the pressure goes off.U can add salt and pepper powder to taste and enjoy the hot pepper chicken Soup:)
